About Ty

Ty Pallier is an energy advisor with Flux Energy, helping Alberta homeowners, small businesses and farms lock in a fixed rate on electricity and natural gas.

Switching retailers is simple, but most people never do it because nobody explains the bill. Ty reads your current bill with you, shows you exactly which line changes, and helps you choose between a fixed term and a variable plan based on how you actually use energy.

He’ll also line up your start date with your current contract so nothing overlaps, and he’s happy to answer questions along the way. One person, one number, no call-centre queue.
